## Hornets Set for Second Consecutive Training Camp at The Citadel

The Charlotte Hornets will return to Charleston for their preseason training camp, scheduled to take place at The Citadel from September 29th through October 2nd. This marks the second consecutive year the Hornets have held their training camp in the Lowcountry, with practices set to occur inside McAlister Field House.

An official from The Citadel confirmed this news last week. This will be the fifth consecutive season The Citadel has hosted an NBA team for training camp, having previously welcomed the Philadelphia 76ers and the New York Knicks in recent seasons. There is also a report that the Boston Celtics will hold a camp at the school at a later time.

During a previous preseason game in North Charleston, Charlotte Hornets forward Kon Knueppel drove the ball against Oklahoma City Thunder guard Isaiah Joe.
