Naman Hotels has sold the Staybridge Suites Charleston-Ashley Phosphate in North Charleston. Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of the property.

The five-story hotel, built in 2009, is situated on a 2.02-acre lot. It features 93 rooms and includes amenities such as onsite parking, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and a business center. The hotel is located near Northwoods Mall, Tanger Outlets, and the Charleston International Airport. The Staybridge Suites is noted for its strong operating history, consistent cash flow, and its location at one of South Carolina’s busiest intersections.

Jack Davis, a senior managing director with the National Hospitality Group in Marcus & Millichap’s Charleston office, indicated that Charleston continues to attract interest from hotel investors. Davis, along with Chase Dewese, Joce Messinger, and Eric Webster of Marcus & Millichap, exclusively marketed the property. This transaction marks the 17th hotel sale in the Charleston market for Marcus & Millichap over the past five years.
