# Beaufort County Deputies Seek Missing 15-Year-Old From Burton

BURTON, S.C. — Nearly two weeks after a Burton teenager vanished from his home, the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is renewing its call for anyone who has seen him to come forward.

The 15-year-old boy’s relatives last saw him late on the evening of Wednesday, Oct. 7, at the family home on Westgate Circle. They reported him missing the next day, Oct. 8.

Deputies describe him as about 5 feet 7 inches tall and roughly 120 pounds. When he was last seen he had on dark clothing, including a black sweatshirt, gray or black sweatpants and a black beanie, along with light-colored slip-on shoes, and he was carrying a Walmart bag.

The sheriff’s office says detectives are still actively on the case and have brought in other police agencies to help track him down.
